Anne is a socioanalytically-trained organisational consultant who has an interest in purposeful systems change and the leadership capacity of the people who help make this happen. Her background includes working in information technology, sustainability and economic development. Roles have varied from strategic consulting to business development and programme delivery; from analyst to VP and board member; and with organisations ranging from challenger startups, social enterprises, public institutions to established global multinationals.
Anne trained at the Tavistock Clinic, the Institute of Psychiatry and the Saïd Business School. She is an ICF and EMCC-certified senior practitioner in Executive Coaching, is accredited to use a range of psychometric instruments, holds a certificate in Group Facilitation Methods from ICA:UK and is working towards a certificate in Groupwork from the Gestalt Centre.
